In this March code cracker, your students will use their maths skills to uncover where the class leprechaun has put his lucky coins by solving a series of engaging clues. - St Patrick's background story to launch the mystery
- Five clues covering:
- Subtraction within 10
- Simple addition
- Skip counting by 2 (2 versions included for differentiation)
- Doubles and
- Coordinates
- Classroom map for location elimination
- Projectable presentation (includes story and clue prompts)
- Answer key for simple teacher guidance
How to use it in the classroom:
- Begin by reading the background story as a class to set the scene
